  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is placed and shipped.

  • Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases such as:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Lost shipment

Exchanges

  • We allow size or style exchanges only for eligible products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact and original packaging.

  • Customers will need to cover the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to our error.
